David is looking for work. Some ideas of things he is good at:
- Community Building. David was the architect of the CubeSpace community, and would love to bring those community-building skills to another organization or group. He has also successfully nurtured communities within religious organizations and educational institutions.
- Network Creation. At the core of CubeSpace was a network of people and companies. At the core of this network, was David. David excels at matching up people, whether for projects, employment or just useful conversations. He is especially interested in serving as the internal hub of a company with many divisions and projects, helping that company find efficiencies and synergies from far-flung projects.
- Organizational Development. David has worked with a variety of organizations in times of transition. He has served as interim rabbi, preparing a congregation for long-term success with his successor. When CubeSpace closed, three of the four employees had been with the company since its inception in 2006. David helps companies be more successful by better using the employees they have and figuring out how to organize the company for long-term success.
- Problem Solving. If you have a problem, David will help you solve it. He works with individuals and companies not by providing “off the shelf” answers, but by asking questions which help his clients find their individual solution. He listens to your problems, asks the right questions to get you unstuck, and helpsĀ you formulate a plan to move forward with that solution.
- Product Development. You have a product with a niche market. David will help you find additional ways to use your product. Whether you build software or warehouse equipment, he can help you explore new markets for your existing technology.
- Rabbinic Work. David is, of course, available for all the usual rabbinic functions, including weddings, funerals and teaching.
David is a skilled manager of people, projects and resources. A creative thinker who gets things done, he will be a long-term asset for the organization which hires him. Contact him at DavidKominsky (at) GMail.com
